- What is Miniclip Players?
- Miniclip players is a way to add your face to the Miniclip Players Community. You can compete and challenge your fellow Miniclip players to vast array of games in a safe and secure environment and win awards to show the world what a great gamer you really are.
- I am under 13, can I become a Miniclip Player?
- Yes, however there will be certain limitations placed upon your account. These limitations will be lifted when you have your 13th birthday.
- Awards - what do they all mean?
- There are a variety of awards you can receive for completing different challenges around the site. We have game specific awards and a set that are more basic (as shown below).
Rank Awards Be a top player in the Miniclip Star Rankings and you will receive Rank awards
Challenge Awards The cups are given to players who manage to win an exceptional amount of challenges.
- World Rankings, what's that?
- World Rankings are your overall game ranking. They use a complicated formula that takes into account your overall position in the highscores of the games on the site.
- How do I increase my stars?
- Star ranks are calculated based upon your actions throughout the Miniclip.com website. Play games, and interact with the Players channel to increase your stars.
- What are Challenges?
- Challenges are a way to show off your gaming prowess to other Miniclip Players. You can either set challenges to fellow players to beat your score or accept challenges to beat your friends and fellow Miniclip players.
- How do you make a Challenge?
- To initiate a challenge you should either go to the challenge page or, if you know somebody you want to challenge, a friends game page. You should then pick a game you want to play from the game list, and click the "Challenge me" or accept buttons. You must then play your hardest to try and beat your opponent at the game.
- What is a "Player Card"?
- Your Player Card is your personal Miniclip Player page it contains your “YoMe”, nickname and your gaming stats as well as any challenges you have set. It helps you identify your buddies and lets you make new ones!
Please be aware no personal information is contained on your card such as your Full name, email address or Date Of Birth. - What is a "YoMe" and how do I create one?
- “YoMe” are a personal avatar (picture) which you can create of yourself and can viewed on your profile or can be placed with your player’s card on your website or blog.
You will be prompted to create one when you first sign up to “Miniclip Players” or just click on “Edit YoMe” when you login.
There is a huge choice of outfits and accessories for both boys and girls, you can also dress like many of the World’s favorite celebrities. - I am not happy with my YoMe can I change it?
- Yes, of course. You can change your YoMe as many times as you like, just click on "Edit YoMe" when you login. If you would like us to choose a look for you then just click on "Randomize" and see what wacky look we can come up with.
- What are celebrity styles?
- Celebrity Styles are looks and fashion that the World’s favorite “A” Listers are wearing. There will be updates to keep up with the ever changing world of celebrity.
- Can I send my Friends messages?
- You are able to send your Friends a choice of pre set messages. To do that just visit their game page and within the widgets section you can see a selection of messages to send, select one and click “say it” and it will be sent to your friend. Please note you are unable to send private messages.
