I am trying to play this game on Miniclip.com but it is not loading/working?
You need to have the Shockwave plugin installed to play this game. You can download the latest Shockwave Plugin in from here http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/requirements.php Once you are on the page simply click on the Shockwave Plugin and follow the onscreen instructions to download the latest plugin.
I am trying to play this game but it is saying that I am missing some Xtras that are required to play this game. What does this mean and what do I do to fix them?
In order to resolve this problem you will need to uninstall the latest Shockwave Plugin that you have installed on your computer. Once you have done that you will need to go to http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/requirements.php?plugin=shockwave and click on the Shockwave Plugin link and follow the on-screen instructions and download the latest plugin.
The game that I am playing says that it is having play back errors and the game doesn’t load. What does this mean and how can I get the game to play?
In order to stop this error you need to do the following:

Why wonʼt some games work on Mac OS? I get an error message asking me to install something?
Adobe have released a UB version of the Shockwave 11 player for both Mac PPC and Mac Intel. Some games use Xtras, which are basically plug-ins that extend the capabilities of the Shockwave player. Various 3rd party Xtras have yet to be ported over to work on Mac Intel machines. As these Xtras become available we put them on the site so that you can install and play the effected games.
I get an error message asking me to install something called Havok?
Pre-Shockwave 11 games may have used an Xtra called Havok. This provides the games with realtime physics. Unfortunately, Adobe are not porting the Havok physics Xtra to Mac OS which means the large majority of old 3D shockwave games will no longer work. Shockwave 11 features a new physics engine as standard and future games will use this and will work on Intel Macs.
Can I use Rosetta to play the games on a Mac?
You can use Safari in emulation mode (Get info on Safari and tick 'open using Rosetta'). This will force Safari to work in PPC mode it is not recommend as 3D games play back very slowly.
Can I use Bootcamp on a Mac?
Yes. Using Bootcamp will play back the effected games perfectly but you will need to install Windows on your Mac first. Bootcamp is part of Mac OS Leopard.
Can I use Parallels Desktop or VM Fusion to play Shockwave games on a Mac?
Parallels Desktop software can run the effected games in your Mac OS desktop. VM Fusion doesn't work with Shockwave content at present. More information is at Parallels.com
Iʼm using Parallels Desktop on a Mac to play some Miniclip games and the mouse isnʼt working properly?
Some games may have problems with the mouse when using Parallels Desktop in Coherence mode . Put Parallels into full screen mode to fix this.
