I am trying to play this game on Miniclip.com but it is not loading/working?
This game is made in Flash 8 if you do not have the latest plugin on your computer you will not be able to play the game. You can download the latest Flash Plugin here http://www.miniclip.com/games/en/requirements.php . Once you are on the page simply click on Flash Plugin and follow the onscreen instructions to download the latest plugin.

How do I purchase a premium download game?
  • Click the purchase link in the game menu, this will open the Miniclip Store shopping cart.
  • Select your preferred payment method and check that your geographical location is correct. (card type is chosen here)
  • Enter your Billing Address and click Next
  • Enter the required information for selected payment method.
  • When you have completed your purchase, you will be shown a receipt and confirmation online and also receive an email receipt confirming your purchase. You should print AND save the confirmation receipt and email. The confirmation receipt will also include links to download the game..
How do I purchase an online subscription to a game or Sketch Star?
  • Click the purchase link for the desired length of Membership in the game or Sketch Star menu, this will open the Miniclip Store shopping cart.

What should I know before I download or purchase a premium game or subscription?
We recommend that you:

I bought a game from miniclip.com and when I downloaded the file it was O kb what should I do?
If this happens please try the following: 1) If you have a firewall / anti virus software on your computer you will need to temporarily disable this whilst you download the file. 2) Alternatively you could try to download the .zip version instead of the .exe version. 3) Finally, if neither of these work email store@miniclip.com with your transaction ID, full name and the email address you used when purchasing the game.

How do I cancel a Membership?
You can easily cancel your membership subscriptions at anytime by simply replying to the email receipt that we send you requesting that your Membership subscription is cancelled. It's that simple! I have closed the page displaying my game receipt before noting the details or downloading the game; what should I do?
